This time of year can not only cause allergy symptoms for us Hoomans but also Floofs. 🤧🤧
This can be seasonal, or some have food allergies but we are focusing on Seasonal.
There are blood tests the vet can do to diagnose these allergies.
If you notice your Floof is scratching, biting at their coat, have difficulty breathing, or have more common ear infections these could all be due to allergies.
There are allergy pills your pet can safely have which are over the counter anti-histamine’s, but the dosage will depend on the weight and unique needs. It is best to check with your veterinarian for the appropriate dosage.
There may also be some topical options depending on the severity and location of the issue on your Floof.
