Our staff are an awesome group of people. When they are here, they devote 110% to the care and extra smooching of your fur baby. They love what they do and are so good at it!

When they go home to their families after we close, they do all the same things you do. They get their laundry done, grocery shopping, they visit with their parents, or spend time with their own pups. This personal time allows them to rest and rededicate themselves to your pet’s care when they are back at the Resort.

We have recently had a significant increase in the number of paw-rents arriving unexpectedly to the Resort right at closing and even after closing, which has prompted this blog. While it may seem to be a rare occurrence to one paw-rent, it can quickly add up to 8 or 9 paw-rents a week. It is difficult to understate the burden this is putting on us.

We do understand that emergencies happen, flights are delayed, events cancelled, or paw-rents are caught in traffic. On these rare occasions, we will try our best to find someone to come back to the Resort to assist you. If we are successful, please be kind and respectful. That person chose to give up their personal time to help you. If we are not able to find someone, please be understanding. We will be delighted to help during regular hours.

Pickups and drop offs during our regular Resort hours are preferred. Paw-rents are welcome between 7 am to 11:30 am every day and 4 pm to 6:30 pm Sunday to Friday. We are closed to the public Saturday evenings.

An Out of Hours fee will be charged every time our staff are required to stay beyond these hours. This fee is going directly to the person helping you and will vary depending on how many hours they stay.

Please note that our Grooming services operate separately and outside of our Boarding/Daycare hours. Our Groomers are completely focused on providing the best care to our grooming clients so are not available to assist Daycare or Boarding clients with Out of Hours services.
