Emergencies happen!
Pickups and drop offs during our regular Resort hours are preferred but we know sometimes life goes sideways.
An Out of Hours fee is charged when one of our team is required to stay to help out. The fee is based on the day and the number of hours our team member is on site.
Our Grooming services operate separately and outside of our Boarding/Daycare hours.
Our Groomers are completely focused on providing the best care to our grooming clients. They cannot assist our Daycare or Boarding clients with Out of Hours services.
